It was an emotional victory for Chinese star Jingliang Li on home soil at UFC Fight Night 157. Li co-main evented the show against Elizeu Zaleski dos Santos in an exciting welterweight matchup. Both men were throwing bombs throughout the three-round contest, but it was Jingliang who rocked dos Santos several times, including a first-round knockdown that looked like it could've been the end before the Brazilian exploded back to his feet. Late in the third, however, a big shot from Jingliang dropped dos Santos to the canvas, and the China native swarmed on him for the finish with seconds left in the bout.

It was an emotional win for Li, who will likely be ranked after the big win.
