Sara McMann, on “Cheap Seats,” discussing how news that wrestling will be excluded from the 2020 Olympics has overshadowed her signing with the UFC:

“There’s probably 10 thoughts about wrestling to one thought about the UFC. I think it’s just mainly because I wrestled for so long and that’s so much a part of me. I’m in a wrestling room still every day. I think it’s hard, but the tougher news of hearing that [about] the 2020 Olympics is definitely overshadowing my feelings toward fighting in the UFC.”
