Nik Lentz, on “Beatdown,” discussing whether teammate Jacob Volkmann’s controversial comments are made in jest:

“I don’t know if I would say that. Jacob Volkmann (Pictured) is a weird dude. He’s always been a weird, kind of awkward guy. A lot of it isn’t show. A lot of is just how he is. He’s just actually kind of letting it out a little bit because people have told him, ‘Hey, let it out.’ And he kind of is, and people are starting to be like, ‘Whoa, that’s kind of crazy,’ but he’s just kind of an awkward guy.”
