Brian Stann, on “Beatdown,” discussing whether he has any political aspirations:
“I’ve got to be honest with you: I am so disgusted with a lot of the leadership that’s in this country that I don’t think I would ever want to do it to my children and run for office and have that be a career for me. If I’m ever going to run for office in this country, it’s going to be when my daughters are grown and they no longer need me day-to-day, [when] they’re either off to college or off to their own careers and I’m actually an experienced adult with a lot more credentials than just military and fighting and I actually have something to offer the American people. Because a lot of the men and women we vote into office certainly do not have anything to offer.”
