PBC on Spike Weigh-in Results: Guerrero, Peralta on Target

On Saturday night, Premier Boxing Champions returns to Spike for another edition of solid boxing action. The main event of the latest PBC on Spike event will see former multi-division world champion Robert Guerrero taking on David Peralta in a critical welterweight showdown.

At Friday’s official weigh-ins, both men came in right on the money for their main event skirmish. Peralta (25-2-1, 14 KOs) was the first to step onto the scale and the Argentinean nailed it, coming in at a firm 147 pounds. He looked poised and confident a day ahead of what is by far the biggest fight of his career.

Guerrero (33-4-1, 18 KOs) needs to get back to prominence and a loss to Peralta would be devastating. “The Ghost” has taken on the likes of Floyd Mayweather Jr., Keith Thurman and, most recently, Danny Garcia and he looked as ready as ever at the scales. The Californian clocked in officially at 146.8 pounds, giving their match the green light.

The action will go down live on Spike at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT from inside Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif. Alfredo Angulo and Freddy Hernandez will look to tear into each in the co-feature while Terrell Gausha will oppose Steve Martinez.

PBC on Spike Weigh-in Results:

Robert Guerrero (146.8) vs. David Emanuel Peralta (147)
Alfredo Angulo (164.8) vs. Freddy Hernandez (163)
Terrell Gausha (155) vs. Steve Martinez (154.6)
