Spike TV’s first-ever app includes a solid collection of Bellator MMA material.
The app includes more than just Bellator MMA content, as it will also include a first look at the premiere of the new season of “Bar Rescue,” among other things.
“The Spike app represents a huge step in our evolution into a network delivering broad-based original hit series to our viewers -- anywhere, anytime,” Spike TV President Kevin Kay stated in a release.
Some of Bellator’s most memorable fights will be available, including both meetings between Michael Chandler and Eddie Alvarez as well as Emanuel Newton’s spinning back-fist KO of Muhammed Lawal. Each week, the best fights from the most recent Bellator event will be added to the app.
