Victory FC 47 Weigh-in Results: Josh Neer, Anthony Smith on Point
Victory Fighting Championship will make its own history Friday
night when Victory
FC 47 will make its debut on UFC Fight Pass, the popular online
service from the
Ultimate Fighting Championship. Headlining the event will be a
middleweight championship clash between UFC veteran Josh Neer and
Anthony
Smith.
The action will go down at Baxter arena in Omaha, Neb., and will stream live on Fight Pass starting at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT.
The main event combatants both cleared weight, as did most of the fighters on the main card. Smith, the local fighter who already lost to Neer via rear-naked choke two years ago, was the first on the scale. He weighed in officially at 185.8 pounds. Neer looked superb as well and clocked in lighter at 183.8 pounds.
