The Ultimate Fighting Championship heavyweight throne has historically been the hottest of hot seats.

Since it was introduced in 1997, the title has never remained in one place for long. Fifteen men have captured the heavyweight crown, three of them -- Cain Velasquez, Tim Sylvia and Randy Couture -- on multiple occasions. Junior dos Santos can join that exclusive group when he challenges Stipe Miocic for the championship in the UFC 211 main event on Saturday at the American Airlines Center in Dallas.
