The 26-year-old Maryland-based welterweight last fought under the Shogun Fights banner in November, when he coaxed a tapout from Diego Peclat with a second-round rear-naked choke at the 1st Mariner Arena in Baltimore. Davis has never gone the distance in five professional outings.
