SAO PAULO, Brazil, Aug. 24 -- Fighters participating on the Predador FC 6 card stepped on the scale Friday afternoon. With all the athletes present there were no problems making weight and everything took place in a climate of tranquility in the hall of events chosen by the organization.
Main event combatants
Gustavo Machado (Pictures) and
Jorge Patino (Pictures) promised a great show for the public and said that the combat will be electrifying.
"I did not have difficulties making weight and came to be successful again in this rematch," said Machado, who in 2002 submitted Patino in the Meca FC. "I go to give my life there on the ring and whoever watches this combat can be sure that they will see a spectacle."
"With certainty I will make a great fight," remarked Patino. "We are two aggressive fighters, who always go straight. I thank him for accepting to give to me this rematch. We'll give our best to provide a good show. Ibirapuera will tremble."
