UFC Fight Night 152 on Saturday did not get much love in advance, but the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s scheduled stop in Rochester, New York, yielded a wildly entertaining event that featured a number of exciting bouts and surprising finishes. With several underdogs finding their way to victory lane, it was not unexpected to see insane prop bets score.

Rafael dos Anjos Wins in Round 4 (+1325)

The main event saw dos Anjos pick up a fantastic victory when he submitted Kevin Lee with an arm-triangle choke in the fourth round. It was a competitive, back-and-forth affair up until the finish, but ultimately dos Anjos’ superior cardio won him the fight. The props on dos Anjos winning by submission (+550) and winning inside the distance (+242) both cashed, as did the prop on his winning in the fourth round, which scored at an enormous +1325 number.

Charles Oliveira Wins by TKO (+900)

In a lightweight trilogy bout with Nik Lentz, Oliveira recorded another finish, this time via second-round TKO. It was the first knockout win of his UFC career. Oliveira managed to catch a Lentz kick and knock him down with a straight right hand, then followed up with hammerfists and forced the referee to stop the fight. The prop on Oliveira winning in the second round hit at +325, but the prop on his winning by TKO scored at a superior +900 number.

Michel Pereira Wins in Round 1 (+850)

In an exciting welterweight pairing, Pereira delivered a brutal first-round knockout of Danny Roberts in his UFC debut. Pereira landed a flying knee and then fired a straight right behind it to put Roberts out cold and immediately make a statement that he had arrived on the UFC roster to stay. The props on Pereira winning by TKO (+475) and winning inside the distance (+435) both cashed, but even better was the prop on his winning in the first round, which hit at +850.

Zak Cummings Wins in Round 3 (+1775)

Cummings notched a beautiful third-round submission win over Trevin Giles, becoming the first man to defeat the Texas-based prospect. Cummings landed an overhand left that knocked Giles to the mat and then brought it to a close with a guillotine choke. The props on Cummings winning by submission (+615) and winning inside the distance (+475) both cashed, but the biggest prop on the entire card to cash was his winning in Round 3, which hit at +1775.

Julio Arce Wins in Round 3 (+1050)

Former two-division Ring of Combat champion Julio Arce brutally knocked out Julian Erosa in the third round of their featherweight encounter, registering the first such win of his UFC career. The prop on Arce winning by TKO scored at +310, good enough for most bettors, but the prop on his winning in the third round cashed at a gigantic +1050 number.
