2012 Olympian Arjan Bhullar will make his Octagon debut in a heavyweight bout against Luis Henrique Barbosa de Oliveira at UFC 216.

The promotion confirmed the matchup through The Province. UFC 216 is set for Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on Sept. 9 and will also include a flyweight showdown between Henry Cejudo and Wilson Reis. A headliner for the pay-per-view card has not been announced.

Bhullar competed for Canada as a freestyle wrestler in the 2012 Olympic Games, where he was eliminated in the second round at 120 kilograms (264.5 pounds). He made his professional MMA debut in 2014 and has been victorious in his first six appearances — winning three via technical knockout. Henrique has compiled a 2-2 mark during his Octagon tenure. The 23-year-old Brazilian owns submission triumphs over Christian Columbo and Dmitry Smoliakov and has fallen to Marcin Tybura and Francis Ngannou via KO/TKO in UFC competition. His overall professional record is 10-3 with one no contest.
