All 16 fighters who competed at Strikeforce Challengers 16 have been handed medical suspensions by the Washington State Department of Licensing after the June 24 event.

A game but overmatched Terry was outworked by Fodor in the main event, losing a unanimous decision. Terry was suspended 28 days following his loss, as were Quinn Mulhern and Jeremy Hamilton.
