Anastasia Yankova vs. Veta Arteaga Added to Bellator 161

California-based Bellator MMA announced Thursday that a women's flyweight bout between Anastasia Yankova and Veta Arteaga has been added to Bellator 161. The event goes down Sept. 16 at the HEB Center in Cedar Park, Texas.

The matchup bolsters a main card that features a heavyweight main event pitting Ultimate Fighting Championship veteran Cheick Kongo against Tony Johnson.

Yankova was impressive earlier this year in her Bellator debut when she scored a first-round armbar at Bellator 152. She takes on a streaking Arteaga, who has won two consecutive battles. Bellator will unveil a full undercard, as well as the remainder of the main card in the coming days.
