Augusto Sakai will attempt to keep his unbeaten record intact when he faces Dan Charles in a featured heavyweight bout at Bellator 155.
Promotion officials announced the contest on Thursday. Bellator 155 takes place at CenturyLink Arena in Boise, Idaho, on May 20 and is headlined by a 185-pound title clash between reigning champion Rafael Carvalho and Melvin Manhoef.
Sakai won his fourth bout with the California-based promotion this past November, as he outpointed Alex Huddleston at Bellator 145. The 24-year-old Brazilian has finished seven of his nine career triumphs by knockout or technical knockout.
Charles, meanwhile, has won three of his last four, with his only defeat coming against Bobby Lashley on short notice at Bellator 138. Most recently, the 30-year-old knocked out Chase Gormley in the second round at Bellator 143.
