Renato Sobral (Pictures) will fight May 10 in Hardcore Championship Fighting.
Sobral's manager, Ken Pavia, and opponent,
Mauricio Alonso (Pictures), confirmed the bout with Sherdog.com.

Pedro Rizzo (Pictures)'s team and defeated Julio Cesar Field via decision.
The fighter was pleased with the opportunity to face Sobral.
"I thought excellent,'" Alonso said. "It was an opportunity that I wanted, a great event. Facing Babalu is great because he is an excellent athlete. I will strive in training to get very good."
The Brazilian last fought in December, outpointing
Rafael Motta (Pictures). He has been preparing hard for a fight.
"I am well assisted in training," he said. "We have great coaches of muay Thai, great athletes on the floor, all providing a great support. I will get there ready to go straight forward."
