By C.J. Tuttle Sep 25, 2014
The 185-pound title bout between Alexander Shlemenko and Brandon Halsey is official for Bellator 126 following Thursday’s weigh-ins at Grand Canyon University Arena in Phoenix.

Shlemenko, the reigning middleweight champion, will look to bounce back from his Bellator 120 defeat against Tito Ortiz and in the process ruin the title hopes of Halsey when the pair tangle in the main event on Friday.

The main card will also feature Marcin Held against Patricky Freire, as well as Bubba Jenkins taking on Thiago Meller. Rounding out the televised portion of the event will be a bantamweight tilt pitting Mike Richman against Ed West.

The event will air on Spike TV beginning at 9 p.m. ET, with the preliminary card streaming on at 7 p.m. ET.

Keep it locked to on Friday for Bellator 126 full play-by-play coverage and results.
