Round 1

Upon resumption, Sano charges Herzog again and eats a head kick, then Herzog changes levels and takes him down. Herzog gets the back with one hook, but gets shaken off and scrambles up to his feet, only to take Sano right back down. Herzog takes full mount but is conservative with his ground-and-pound, trying to force Sano to roll. In the last 60 seconds, Herzog gets busier with punches and elbows, forcing Sano to roll around underneath, trying to wait out the clock. He does so, barely.
