A featherweight contest pitting Noad Lahat against Henry Corrales has been added to the Bellator 182 preliminary bill.
The California-based promotion announced the pairing on Tuesday. Bellator 182 takes place at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn., on Aug. 25 and is headlined by a welterweight showdown between Andrey Koreshkov and Chidi Njokuani. The evening’s main card will air on Spike at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT, while the prelims will stream on Bellator.com.
Lahat has won his first two Bellator appearances following a 2-2 run in the UFC. “Neo” debuted with a first-round submission of Scott Cleve at Bellator 164 on Nov. 10 before tapping out Lloyd Carter at Bellator 175 on March 31. The Xtreme Couture representative is 11-2 as a professional overall.
Corrales, meanwhile, ended a three-bout skid with a third-round knockout of Cody Bollinger at Bellator 170 on Jan. 21. The 30-year-old MMA Lab product began his promotional tenure with a trio of difficult matchups, falling to Daniel Straus, Emmanuel Sanchez and Patricio Freire in succession.
