Bellator 190 Main Card to Include Brandon Girtz, Lena Ovchynnikova

The main card for Bellator 190 is now official, with three bouts supporting the middleweight title bout between Rafael Carvalho and Alessio Sakara.

The California-based promotion confirmed the card’s three other bouts on Tuesday: Brandon Girtz vs. Luka Jelcic at lightweight; Lena Ovchynnikova vs. Alejandra Lara at flyweight and Mihail Nica vs. Carlos Miranda at lightweight. Additionally, a middleweight contest pitting Gregory Babene against Tony Zanko is slated for the prelims.

Bellator’s trip to Italy will also included a five-bout kickboxing card headlined by a non-title clash between Raymond Daniels and Giannis Boukis. Bellator Kickboxing 8 will additionally see the following four contests: Joe Schilling vs. Filipino Verlinden at middleweight; John Wayne Parr vs. Piergiulio Paolucci at a catch-weight; Kevin Ross vs. Hamza Imane at lightweight and Gabriel Varga vs. Roberto Gheorghita at featherweight.

Bellator 190 takes place at the Nelson Mandela Forum in Florence, Italy, on Dec. 8. The MMA portion of the card will air on Spike via tape delay at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT and Bellator Kickboxing 8 will air immediately after.
