Legacy Fighting Alliance, the new mixed martial arts promotion that was birthed from the merger between Resurrection Fighting Alliance and Legacy Fighting Championship, revealed that its second event will come to fight fans on Jan. 20. Headlining the marquee will be Mike Richman taking on Lazar Stojadinovic in a featherweight encounter.
LFA 2 will take place inside the Mystic Lake Casino in Prior Lake, Minn., and will be televised live on AS TV beginning at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT.
A U.S. Marine veteran, Richman will be making his Minnesota homecoming for the first time in five years. After competing a dozen times for Bellator MMA, “The Marine” will be competing for the first time in nearly two years since losing a decision to Eduardo Dantas.
Stojadinovic has been tearing the 145-pound division apart lately, having won seven in row. He’s stopped of those foes by either submission or knockout and then Serbian brawler is looking to do the same to Richman.
The LFA 2 co-feature will see Chico Camus taking on Darrick Minner in a bantamweight showdown. Ben Neumann will stand opposite Damion Hill as well. A full undercard will be announced in the coming weeks.
