“This was a unique opportunity to align two hugely exciting brands in Bellator and Monster, and we are excited to be a part of it,” Bellator President Scott Coker stated in a release. “I know over 50,000 people will be in attendance... and those fans are also going to be treated to some incredible action inside the cage before the racing begins. There is a huge crossover in terms of demographics so this made all the sense in the world to collaborate on this, and take the next step in our partnership with Monster Energy.”

A heavyweight bout pitting James Wilson against Dan Charles will serve as the three-fight card’s main event.

Wilson will be making his promotional debut. “The Beast” lost his last outing for King of the Cage after opening his career with three straight wins. Charles is looking to parlay his success at Bellator 126 with a win on Saturday. “The Man” holds a .500 record under the Bellator banner, after dropping a scrap to “Mighty Mo” Siliga at Bellator 100.

Rounding out the festivities will be A.J. Williams taking on Adrian Hadribeaj in lightweight action, as well as Sean Cantor against Gustavo Lopez at bantamweight.
