Bobby Green-Jorge Masvidal, Michael Chiesa-Mitch Clarke Added to UFC Fight Night

A pair of lightweight bouts have been added to UFC Fight Night “Mendes vs. Lamas”, as Bobby Green will face Jorge Masvidal and Michael Chiesa will take on Mitch Clarke on April 4.
Ultimate Fighting Championship officials announced the bout during the UFC Fight Night “McGregor vs. Siver” on Sunday. The upcoming event will take place at the Patriot Center in Fairfax, Va., and will be headlined by a pivotal featherweight contest pitting Chad Mendes against Ricardo Lamas.
Masvidal is currently riding a three-fight winning streak, while Green had been on an eight-fight unbeaten streak of his own before dropping his last bout against Edson Barboza. Both men have only suffered defeat once while competing under the UFC banner.
Chiesa was most recently involved in a controversial technical knockout loss against Joe Lauzon. The loss snapped a two-fight winning streak for “Maverick.” Clarke has won his last two scraps, defeating John Maguire and Al Iaquinta. Of “Danger Zone’s” 11 career wins, seven have come by way of submission.
