Hawaiian mixed martial artist Bryson Kamaka (Pictures) tested positive for the active ingredient in marijuana following his first round knockout defeat to Luke Stewart (Pictures) on Nov. 16 in San Jose, Calif., the California State Athletic Commission announced Wednesday afternoon.

Kamaka, 5-9-0, has been suspended through Feb. 14, 2008, and fined $500.

The welterweight was the only fighter to test positive for drugs of abuse on the Nov. 16 Strikeforce fight card, which played host to the first CSAC sanctioned one-night tournament. All results for anabolic agents are still pending.
