the California State Athletic Commission's policy on drugs of abuse
after testing positive for cocaine and marijuana following his
decision loss to Dewey
Cooper (Pictures) on Sep. 29 at the Playboy
Mansion, has returned a sample that contains the anabolic agents
nandrolone and stanozolol.
With the array of banned substances found in his system, Smith became the first athlete to test positive for both anabolic agents and drugs of abuse in the State of Calif. in the same screening.
Smith has been suspended a total of 21 months and fined $4,000 for both offenses.
