Colby Covington Lashes Out Again on Tyron Woodley, Rafael dos Anjos via Sherdog's Instagram
For being one of the 10 best fighters in one of the best weight classes in mixed martial arts, Colby Covington sure spends a lot of time on the internet.

“No one is more deserving than me for the belt,” Covington responded via his personal Instagram account. “Rda is 3-2 in his last 5 and I’m 5-0. I’m the future, rda and drama bitch @twooodley is the past.”
The 29-year-old Covington, 13-1 as a pro, has won five consecutive bouts inside the Octagon since suffering a guillotine choke loss to Warlley Alves at UFC 194 in December 2015. He last saw action in October, busting up grappling legend Demian Maia for a unanimous decision. His win, however, is not what garnered the most attention after UFC Fight Night 119 in Sao Paulo, but rather the fact he called Brazilians “filthy animals” following his win.
True to his nickname, “Chaos” has been anything but shy about his thoughts on the UFC welterweight contendership picture, routinely lambasting both champion Tyron Woodley and emergent contender Rafael dos Anjos.
“You’re going to do the least amount of pay-per-views ever in history if they do Woodley and RDA,” Covington told MMAJunkie earlier this month. “I just don’t get why they want to do RDA. It’s not a money fight.”
“Tyron wants to be the hero, so if he wants to be the hero, he needs to come fight me. I’m the villain. I’m the bad guy of the division. I’m the most hated guy in the division.”
