It’s possible the superfight between flyweight champ Demetrious Johnson and bantamweight king T.J. Dillashaw may have to wait after Henry Cejudo’s manager, Ali Abdelaziz, posted to Twitter.

The two previously met in April 2016 at UFC 197. Johnson completely outclassed the former Olympic gold medallist that night, earning a TKO victory. Since then, Cejudo has gone 2-1, but has looked to be a much improved fighter with notable improvements to his stand-up game.
After “Mighty Mouse” set the record in his last fight against Ray Borg for most title defenses with 11, many believed the No. 1 pound-for-pound fighter in the world would pursue other challenges in the form of a super fight with Dillashaw.
Johnson is currently recovering from shoulder surgery and has been spending his time away from fighting while doing some promotional work alongside WWE star Xavier Woods for the new Dragon Ball FighterZ video game.
