“Who will be at UFC 190 in Rio de Janeiro to [show] support for our Brazilian athlete [Bethe Correia]? See you there!” Justino wrote.
Justino continues to pursue a showdown with Rousey in the UFC, although she must prove she can make the bantamweight limit in Invicta for the matchup to transpire. The Brazilian last competed at Invicta FC 13, where she successfully defended her 145-pound belt with a 45-second thrashing of Faith Van Duin.
If all goes as planned, “Cyborg” will compete at 135 pounds in her next appearance for the all-female organization. After that, the UFC is expected to put together what will likely be the most highly-anticipated women’s bout in MMA history. In the past, Justino has suggested the rivals meet at a 140-pound catch-weight, but Rousey has been adamant that Justino must make the bantamweight cut.
