Cris ‘Cyborg,’ Strawweight Champ Livia Souza Announced for Invicta FC 15 in January
The lineup for Invicta Fighting Championships’ next event began to take shape on Monday, as the all-female organization revealed the several bouts for the Jan. 16 show at OC Fair in Costa Mesa, Calif.

Knapp also said that the co-main event will feature featherweight ace Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino in a 140-pound tilt with Cindy Dandois. However, shortly after the announcement, Justino wrote on Twitter that no bout agreement has been signed for the matchup and that the date of Invicta FC 15 has changed three times.

Other fights confirmed for the event include a strawweight tilt between former UFC competitor Angela Hill and Jodie Esquibel, an atomweight contest pitting Lisa Ellis against Amber Brown, and a bantamweight affair featuring Raquel Pa’aluhi and Irene Aldana.
