Reigning flyweight king Demetrious Johnson will defend his title against Wilson Reis in the UFC 201 co-main event.

The matchup was announced during Wednesday’s edition of UFC Tonight. UFC 201 takes place on July 30 at Phillips Arena in Atlanta and is headlined by a welterweight championship showdown between Robbie Lawler and Tyron Woodley. The Johnson-Weis winner will presumably defend the flyweight crown against “The Ultimate Fighter 24” winner at the show’s finale on Dec. 3.

Johnson, who recently signed an eight-fight contract extension, has defended the 125-pound title eight consecutive times. In his last outing, “Mighty Mouse” defeated Henry Cejudo via technical knockout 2:49 into the opening stanza at UFC 197.

The 31-year-old Reis has won three of his last four Octagon appearances, posting triumphs over Dustin Ortiz, Scott Jorgensen and Joby Sanchez. His only loss during that time came at the hands of Jussier da Silva at UFC Fight Night “Condit vs. Alves.”
