Dream Champ Zaromskis to Face Carvalho in Sweden on Nov. 26

Zaromskis (Pictured), 31, rose to fame during his run through Dream’s 2009 welterweight tournament, in which he scored knockouts of former Shooto champion Hayato Sakurai and current Strikeforce signee Jason High. The Lithuanian striker, who now fights out of American Kickboxing Academy in San Jose, Calif., comes off a win over 11-year Japanese veteran Eiji Ishikawa in July. Zaromskis holds a 15-6 career mark and has scored 12 of his victories via knockout.

Carvalho, a training partner of former Dream and Strikeforce heavyweight champion Alistair Overeem, will move down from 185 pounds to meet the “Whitemare.” The judo and Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt has won his last eight straight fights, four of them by knockout and three by submission. The nephew of vale tudo legend Edson Carvalho, “BC” submitted Kyacey Uscola of “The Ultimate Fighter 11” fame by kimura in April.

The Nov. 26 Rumble of the Kings event -- the 16th installment of the popular MMA and kickboxing series -- will take place at Stockholm’s Hovet arena. Swedish super-heavyweight kickboxer-turned-mixed martial artist Jorgen Kruth will headline the show in a MMA bout against 2000 K-1 World Grand Prix runner-up Ray Sefo. Additionally, muay Thai phenom Yodsanklai Fairtex will take on Ukrainian kickboxer Artur Kyshenko under K-1 rules.
