Jon Jones has been included in Forbes Magazine’s "30 Under 30" list for being one of "Sports World's Brightest Young Stars" in 2015. The UFC light heavyweight champion comes in at No. 12 and is the lone mixed martial artist included. The premier position on the list was given to James Harden of the NBA’s Houston Rockets. Forbes had the following to say about “Bones:”

“When he won UFC's light heavyweight title in March 2011, Jones became the youngest UFC champion of all time. The New York native still holds the belt, which he defended against Daniel Cormier at UFC 182 in January 2015. This win marks his ninth title bout victory, which will be good for third-most in UFC history.”

The magazine’s acknowledgement of Jones comes on the heels of the 27-year-old’s unanimous decision win last weekend. The recognition preceded the news that Jones tested positive for cocaine metabolites during a pre-UFC 182 drug test. The Jackson-Wink representative announced that he has checked himself into rehab.
