Brazilian kickboxing champion Aleksandro Pereira will get an opportunity to earn a UFC contract this summer.

Sources close to the situation confirmed that “Poatan” will likely be part of the Brazilian version of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series. The show is expected to be taped at “The Ultimate Fighter” gym on Aug. 9-11 and will be released at a later date via tape delay in Brazil, according to mmajunkie.com.
