Grove Finds Inner Balance, Re-Signs with UFC

Kendall Grove's first-round submission victory against wrestling upstart Jake Rosholt at UFC 106 on Nov. 21 ensured that fans will see more of the towering 6-foot-6 middleweight in the promotion.

Shortly after the win, Grove signed a new multi-fight deal with the promotion and said he's game to step back into the Octagon in early 2010.

In this Sherdog.com video exclusive, Grove discusses his swift Rosholt submission, why he needs to keep pushing his stand-up, and shares how becoming a father and moving from Las Vegas back to his Hawaiian homeland has balanced him in and out of the cage.
