Round 1Gonzalez and Arroyo feel each other out with some jabs. Gonzalez holds his guard high, Arroyo wants to try and dig to the body. Gonzalez is patient. Gonzalez goes to the body with a left. Arroyo has started well and won the round on activity. 10-9 Arroyo.
Round 2Arroyo starts out well again. He started with some wide shots, and is going to the body. Arroyo got away with a left low, but Gonzalez is opening up. Gonzalez’ left eye is beginning to swell here early. Gonzalez beginning to find a rhythm. Gonzalez a left uppercut to the head, and is finding the body. Gonzalez beginning to impose his will. 10-9 Gonzalez.
Round 3Gonzalez is not using distance very well early on here, missing because he’s too far away from Arroyo to connect. He finds his distance, and Gonzalez lands hard left hook. Gonzalez is starting to burrow in and using the left uppercut, too, a little bit. Arroyo connects on left hook and it doesn’t phase Gonzalez. In the closing seconds, Gonzalez creating major problems for Arroyo. Round three: 10-9 Gonzalez.
Round 4Gonzalez sinking that left hand to the body, and is imposing his will. Arroyo is doing well fighting back, and trying to land his left uppercut. Arroyo connects with a good right, and his face is holding up well. Arroyo’s right shoe has come apart. He’s lost the sole on his right shoe. Gonzalez boring in and chopping away at the body. Round four: 10-9 Gonzalez.
Round 5Gonzalez begins the fifth shouldering Arroyo. Arroyo still holding up well. His activity rate has dropped considerably since the first round. Gonzalez moving forward like a machine, fighting well close in, landing short lefts, left hooks and rights. Round five: 10-9 Gonzalez.
Round 6Gonzalez is doubling up Arroyo in terms of punches landed. He is coming at Arroyo through different angles, and lands a straight right. Gonzalez again with a left hook to the body. Arroyo is trying to fight back, but nothing sustainable. Once Gonzalez began closing his distance, he began becoming more effective. Arroyo active, but hitting a lot of glove. Round six: 10-9 Gonzalez.
Round 7Gonzalez is looking to finish this. He’s come out firing and backing up Arroyo. Gonzalez tries two digging lefts to the body. Gonzalez winning the fight, but he’s missing an awful lot of punches. Arroyo is making an attempt to fight back, but again, his punches are landing on Gonzalez’s gloves. Round seven: 10-9 Gonzalez.
Round 8Gonzalez lands big left hook and Arroyo is showing signs of dwindling. Gonzalez follows with a pair of big rights. Gonzalez drops a left hook, and again with the pressure. Arroyo is putting on a courageous display. Gonzalez has a very underestimated defense. He tucks his chin and catches almost every one of Arroyo’s inside shots. Round eight: 10-9 Gonzalez.
Round 9Gonzalez puts together a four-punch combination. Gonzalez seems to have swollen left eye. No matter. He keeps coming forward and pelting Arroyo, who midway through the round fires back a three-punch combo. Arroyo may have found a little something in this round. Arroyo’s activity may have won the round. Round nine: 10-9 Arroyo.
Round 10Gonzalez picks up his pace again. An overhand right lands, Gonzalez closing and lands another straight right. A left-right by Gonzalez backs up Arroyo. Arroyo now down to throwing one punch, and Gonzalez returns with three and sometimes four shots. Round 10: 10-9 Gonzalez.
Round 11Gonzalez starts the round with a big right. He’s pecking away at the jab and follows with a right. Arroyo now seems content to just hang on and last. Gonzalez goes low, and Arroyo responds in kind with a shot to the liver. Gonzalez lands a short right. Gonzalez now has thrown more than 1,000 punches. Gonzalez is getting some work here in the closing seconds. Round 11: 10-9 Gonzalez.
Round 12Gonzalez looking to end strong. He begins with a left hook, and starts closing in on Arroyo again. Gonzalez drops a low left. Gonzalez also lands a straight right, which Arroyo took well. Arroyo still battling, but has no zing on his punches. He’s throwing arm punches, and those are tired arms. Gonzalez looking to close. Gonzalez lands to the body. Arroyo stops Gonzalez’s 10-fight knockout streak. Round 12: 10-9 Gonzalez.

Round 1Wade is taller than Golovkin, and is pecking away with the jab. Wade goes low with a left, and lands a right to the body. A Golovkin right gets Wade’s attention, but Wade appears to be the more active fighter, so far. GGG has the far heavier hands. GGG lands a left to the body and a right on the back of the head that knocks down Wade. Round one: 10-8 Golovkin.
Round 2Now it seems a matter of time. Golovkin smells blood in the water. GGG lands two lefts to the body and goes up top with a right. Wade is now in real trouble. A left, a left upper uppercut and right to the shoulder knocks down Wade the first time, and an overhand right that spells the end of Wade. Referee Jack Reiss reaches 10. It shouldn't have gone to that.
