Holm vs. Shevchenko, ‘Rumble’ vs. Teixeira in Works for UFC on Fox 20
A bantamweight headliner between Holly Holm and Valentina Shevchenko is in the works for the UFC on Fox 20 headliner, according to a report from UFC Tonight.

Holm recently relinquished the 135-pound belt to Miesha Tate at UFC 196, falling victim to a rear-naked choke 3:30 into the fifth round on March 5. The Jackson-Wink MMA standout captured the bantamweight crown with a second-round knockout of Ronda Rousey at UFC 193 in November.
Shevchenko saw a five-fight winning streak come to an end at UFC 196, where she dropped a unanimous verdict to current No. 1 contender Amanda Nunes. The Lima, Peru, native debuted in the Octagon with a split-decision triumph over Sarah Kaufman at UFC on Fox 17.
Johnson has won two straight fights since falling to Daniel Cormier at UFC 187 in a bout for the vacant light heavyweight strap. “Rumble” rebounded to knock out Jimi Manuwa in the second round at UFC 191 before stopping Ryan Bader in the first frame at UFC on Fox 18 on Jan. 30.
Teixeira, meanwhile, has won three straight inside the Octagon. Most recently, the 36-year-old Brazilian knocked out Rashad Evans 1:48 into the opening frame at UFC on Fox 19. He has also finished Patrick Cummins and Ovince St. Preux during his current streak.
