Huerta, Garcia Return on TUF Finale
Sports Illustrated cover boy Roger Huerta (Pictures) returns to action on Saturday,
June 23, when the lightweight faces Douglas Evans live on
SpikeTV.
The 24-year-old Huerta is undefeated in three UFC contests, his last coming in his home state of Texas, where he out-pointed Leonard Garcia in a slugfest.
Evans, a veteran of the Alaskan Fighting Championship, is a rookie to the UFC.
Also on the Las Vegas card is Garcia, who was last seen being kicked by Huerta on the SI cover. The lightweight from Colorado fights Alan Berube, a participant on the soon to be concluded The Ultimate Fighter 5.
Headlined by a rematch between Jens Pulver (Pictures) and B.J. Penn (Pictures), former UFC champions both, the card also features the TUF 5 finale.
