Flyweight Ian McCall and middleweight Joe Riggs have withdrawn from their respective bouts at UFC Fight Night "Teixeira vs. St. Preux."

As a result of those two injuries, Dustin Ortiz and Uriah Hall have new opponents at the Aug. 8 event. Ortiz will lock horns with Willie Gates at 125 pounds, while Hall will face Oluwale Bamgbose at middleweight. Promotion officials announced the changes on Thursday evening.

McCall is 2-3-1 in the UFC and has not competed since a unanimous decision loss to John Lineker at UFC 183 on Jan. 31. Riggs, meanwhile, was planning a middleweight return against Hall after losing back-to-back fights to Ben Saunders and Patrick Cote at welterweight.

The UFC Fight Night card takes place at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn., on Aug. 8 and is headlined by a light heavyweight clash between Glover Teixeira and Ovince St. Preux.

Gates, a former Tachi Palace Fights flyweight champion, is coming off a first-round stoppage of Darrell Montague at “The Ultimate Fighter 21” finale on July 12. The Californian has won six of his last seven bouts overall, with a submission loss to John Moraga at UFC on Fox 13 the only blemish on his ledger during that time.

Bamgbose has posted five straight victories -- all with the Ring of Combat organization -- to begin his professional MMA career. The 27-year-old New Yorker has finished all of his foes inside of a round, including a 24-second stoppage of Brian Booth in his most recent outing at ROC 51.
