Anthony Johnson, fresh off a knockout win over Yoshiyuki Yoshida less than a month ago, is ready for the sternest test of his young career when he takes on top contender Josh Koscheck at UFC 106 Saturday night in Las Vegas.

Speaking with Sherdog.com at Thursday’s press conference, Johnson addressed his step up in competition, his quick turnaround and his confidence in his skills.

The highly-rated prospect had trouble making weight for his October match -- coming in six-and-a-half pounds over -- but said he is ready to put any speculation about his ability to fight in the welterweight division to rest this weekend.
