The World Series of Fighting 9 main card is now complete with three new fights, including a welterweight showdown between Josh Burkman and Tyler Stinson.

The March 29 event takes place at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and will also see Ozzy Dugulubgov face Jonathan Nunez, while Mike Corey battles Shane Kruchten. The evening’s main card airs live on NBC Sports Network and is topped by a welterweight title clash pitting reigning champion Steve Carl against UFC veteran Rousimar Palhares.

Burkman saw a five-fight winning streak halted in his most recent outing, when he came up short against Carl in a bid for the vacant welterweight belt on Oct. 26. “The People’s Warrior” made his WSOF debut in 2012 and rattled off three consecutive victories to earn his title shot, outpointing Gerald Harris before finishing Aaron Simpson and Jon Fitch last year.

Stinson has won four straight fights heading into his clash with Burkman. The Strikeforce and Bellator alumnus joined the WSOF last month, debuting with a third-round technical knockout of Valdir Araujo at WSOF 8. A 36-fight pro, Stinson has stopped 25 of his 27 victims inside the distance and has never been knocked out.
