KSW 75 will have a new main event after a proposed light heavyweight championship clash between Ibragim Chuzhigaev and Ivan Erslan was pulled from the card.

According to a release from the Polish promotion, the bout was canceled due to travel regulations that made it so Chuzhigaev would not be able to make it to Poland on time for the fight. KSW officials are working to rebook Chuzhigaev vs. Erslan on an upcoming card.

As a result, a featherweight tilt pitting Damian Stasiak against Robert Ruchala has been elevated to the KSW 75 headliner, while a heavyweight scrap between Michal Martinez and Daniel Omielanczuk will serve as the evening’s co-main event. KSW 75 takes place on Friday in Nowy Sacz, Poland, and airs on KSW.TV.

A six-time UFC veteran, Stasiak had a two-bout winning streak snapped in his last outing, when he dropped a unanimous decision to Lom-Ali Eskiev at KSW 65 on Dec. 18. Stasiak owns a 13-8 career mark, with 10 victories coming via submission.

The 24-year-old Ruchala is unbeaten in seven appearances since beginning his professional tenure in 2019. He is 4-0 under the KSW banner and is coming off a decision victory over Michele Baiano at KSW 69 on April 23.
