Omari Boyd vs. Ian Alexander

Round 1

Boyd paws with a double jab that misses to open the bout. Alexander swings a right hook which lands and backs up Boyd. A lengthy right hook from Body misses Alexander to the body. Alexander darts in but a big left hook to the head immediately backs him up. Boyd lands a kick to the groin and the referee stops the bout for a moment. Upon restart, Boyd starts working low leg kicks. An exchange in the clinch ends with two big punches exchange by both fighters. Two quick jabs find a home for Alexander. This seems to spur Alexander and he's taking the initiative. He presses Boyd towards the corner but he doesn't allow himself to be trapped and circles away. A big trip by Alexander drops Boyd to the mat. Boyd fires a right straight down the pipe that lands flush. Alexander circles away but Boyd lands a kick to the body on the exit. 10-9 Boyd.

Boyd stopped Alexander in the third.
Boyd opens the round with two more jabs and finishes the combination with a left kick. He throws two knees from range but can't land on either. Alexander misses on an overhand left but his follow up right lands. Boyd lands two soft kicks to Alexander's lower leg. Alexander times Boyd's entrance and lands a left kick to the body. Boyd throws a right kick that lands to Alexander's turned back. Alexander looks to be the fresher fighter and finishes the round strong with a right hook and left kick that lands. 10-9 Alexander.



Round 3

Boyd lands ahead kick and jumps on Alexander,brawling with lefts and rights before a right drops Alexander to the canvas. Upon the restart, he lands a body punch to Alexander's right side and Alexander is in big trouble. He covers up but Boyd unloads two punches to the head followed by two punches to the body. Alexander is not moving and the referee stops the bout at 2:17 of the third round.

Josh Jauncey vs. Jae-Gil Noh

Round 1

Jauncy circles away from two leg kicks and lands one of his own. A straight right backs up Noh for a moment. Jauncy lands a three punch combination topped off with a leg kick. Noh presses forward trying to close the distance but instead Jauncy fires a stiff kick to the body. A push kick staggers Noh for a second and Jauncy follows with a head kick. He smells blood and lands a few blows in the clinch before Noh escapes. Noh lands a right down the pipe which snaps Jauncy's head. Two kciks land for Jauncy as the round ends. 10-9 Jauncy.

Jauncey jumped on Noh.
Jauncy goes back to work with the leg kick. A one-two kick combo is brushed off by Noh. A big knee staggers Noh and Jauncy's corner calls for another. Noh tries to escape but falls to the ground. Upon the restart, Jauncy corners him, teeing off on his face and body. With a big wind up, Jauncy connects on a body punch followed by a knee to the head that puts Noh down for good. The knockout comes at 1:14 of round two.

Robert Thomas vs. Mike Lemaire

Round 1

Thomas begins the bout with a push kick but Lemaire immediately jumps forward, landing a right hand. A four punch combo lands for Lemaire, followed by a punch to Thomas' chest. Thomas moves forward with a push kick by Lemaire smartly clinches. Lemaire follows with a punch to the body and a right to the head. Thomas looks for a knee but Lemaire counters with a left hook. Thomas catches Lemaire with a head kick and he pushes forward. Lemaire recovers and lands a body kick. He almost knocks Thomas down with a right hand but the round ends. 10-9 Lemaire.

Thomas raised his hands on Lemaire.
Lemaire trips Thomas immediately but he pops to his feet. Thomas again slips during an exchange. He pushes forward with punches to the body but Lemaire counters with a spinning back fist. Thomas ducks under it. He lands three big kicks to the body which causes Lemaire to clinch. The referee breaks them up and Thomas continues to press forward. He lands a push kick and shoves him into the corner. He escapes to land a big right on Thomas. Lemaire lands a big body kick but Thomas counters by sweeping the leg. 10-9 Thomas.




Round 3

Thomas opens with a left and a right body kick that lands. Lemaire follows with two jabs which graze off Thomas. Thomas fores Lemaire into the corner and lands a big push kick. Lemaire circles out but Thomas follows jab-right head kick combo that immediately drops Lemaire. The ref restarts the bout and Thomas smells blood. He lands two right hooks that immediately drop Lemaire to the canvas. The knockout comes at 1:06 of the third.

Randy Blake vs. Warren Thompson

Round 1

Blake comes out in a traditional muy thai stance and lands a few leg kicks. His movement looks quick and he is circling away from Thompson, landing a few jabs in the process. They clinch and Thompson lands two big punches to the body but a shot to the groin drops Thompson to the mat. They restart and Blake throws two jabs that land. Blakes opening up with a left hook and a push kick. Again they clinch and Thompson lands a knee. Blake backs him up with a jab and remains out of range. Thompson then rushes in and clinches, only to be broken up by the ref. Blake rushes forward with ten seconds left and lands two big punches on Thompson againt the ropes as the round ends. 10-9 Blake.

Blake bested Thompson on the cards.
Thompson rushes in and clinches but Blake is able to fight him off. Thompson clinches again but this time Blake lands a body punch that hurts Thompson. A big right drops him to the canvas. He takes a few moments to recover but upon the restart, Blake lands a knee to the groin. When they restart Blake backs him into the corner of the ring but Thompson clinches to escape. Blake lands a strong lead uppercut and again backs Thompson into the corner. Blake's hands are low and he's just playing with Thompson. Thompson responds with a decent flurry but Blake's next flurry is more powerful. 10-9 Blake.




Round 3

Blake comes out agressively, landing a left kick followed by a combination to the head. A spinning back kick lands for Blake in the corner. Blake is head hunting now, looking for big punches. He lands one to the body. Thompson is getting a few small shots in while Blake waits for his big KO punch. They clinch repeatedly and neithe guy is throwing much now. They brawl in the corner to end the round, with a few punches landing clean for both fighters. 10-9 Blake (30-27 Blake).

Hesdy Gerges vs. Benjamin Adegbuyi

Round 1

Adegbuyi decisioned Gerges.
Gerges begins to slow down and Adegbuyi turns up the heat. He pushes Gerges into the corner but Gerges clinches in order to catch his brearth. A stiff jab snaps Gerges’s head back and Adegbuyi begins working the body again. Two more body shots land and Gerges isn’t throwing too much in response. He presses forward slowly but Adegbuyi responds with another body shot. Adegbuyi tees off with a jab and leg kick. Gerges ends the round with a small flurry, landing two quick upper cuts. 10-9 Adegbuyi.

Round 3

Gerges is trying to keep Adegbuyi off him with push kicks but he keeps on coming. Gerges battles back with low kicks and one lands to the groin of Adegbuyi. Gerges battles back with a big left body kick and he pushes forward with more knees. He’s working in the clinch now, landing knees and clinching when he gets into danger. Adegbuyi loses his mouthpiece and the bout is stopped for a second. Adegbuyi throws a big high kick but Gerges shoves him to the mat. Gerges continues hunting and lands a right before the round ends. 10-9 Gerges.

Light Heavyweight Contender Tournament Semi Final: Brian Collette vs. Zack Mwekassa

Round 1

Mwekassa destroyed Collette.
Collette begins the bout with a quick right kick. Mwekassa throws a big right hook but Collette dives under it. Mwekassa lands two big rights and follows with a leg kick. A strong jab staggers Collette for a moment. Mwekassa swings big but keeps missing as Collette ducks under his hooks. Mwekassa throws a single left hook that lands. He stalks him into the center of the ring and briefly knocks him down with a push kick. When he gets back up Mwekassa lands a left hand that stuns Collette. He swarms landing and overhand right and a left hand that knocks him back to the canvas. He gets back up but the round ends. 10-9 Mwekassa.



Round 2

Collette throws a left that stuns Mwekassa but he follows with a stiff jab. Mwekassa is throwing nothing but bombs and finally, one lands. A counter left hook rocks Collette's world and he falls to the canvas, out cold. The knockout comes at :45 of the second round.

Light Heavyweight Contender Tournament Semi Final: Saulo Cavalari vs. Danyo Ilunga

Round 1

Cavalari begins the bout light on his feet, landing quick punches before retreating out of Ilunga's range. He lands a head kick that gets the crowd going. Ilunga shakes it off and clinches. Ilunga throws a left hook that hits nothing but air and Cavalari follows up with a similar missing strike. Cavalari flurries with a right-left combo but hits mostly arms. Ilunga lands a stiff right hand but Cavalari counters with a left. 10-9 Cavalari.

Cavalari cruised by Ilunga.
Cavalari connects with a right hook and Ilunga follows with a left leg kick. Cavalari is throwing powerful shots but Ilunga manages to avoid most of them. Cavalari decides on a superman punch but misses and clinches instead. Cavalari lands a one-two combo and immediately grabs hold of Ilunga to prevent any counter. Cavalari comes forward with a combination but Ilunga sneaks a nice uppercut in there. A headkick lands for Cavalari just as the round ends. 10-9 Cavalari.

Round 3

Cavalari opens the round with a left hook that lands flush. A one two combo is countered with a knee to the body by Ilunga.A big rick kick lands. Cavalari sends another kick to the body before clinching up. The two men battle in the middle of the ring, both exchanging rights and lefts, both landing powerful blows. Ilunga slips and when he gets up, Cavalari forces him into the center. Again Cavalari clinches and lands a knee. Ilunga throws a desperate right hand that lands and the bout ends. 10-9 Cavalari.

Wayne Barrett vs. Jason Wilnis

Round 1

Barrett quickly knocks Wilnis down with a punch to the body, but it was more of a slip than anything. Wilnis nails Barrett in the groin and the bout is momentarily stopped. Barrett responds with a straight jab down the pipe. Wilnis stalks Barrett into the corner but Barrett pushes forward, causing Wilnis to slip backwards. Wilnis snaps a kick to the leg and follows with another body kick. Barrett throws a punch to the body and Wilnis counters with a right, putting Barrett on the defensive. Barrett continues targeting the body, landing a straight right. Wilnis backs Barrett into the corner and lands a leaping right hook that puts Barrett to the canvas. He gets back up just as the round ends. 10-9 Wilnis.

Wilnis earned a tough one over Barrett.
Barrett circles away from Wilnis before jumping forward and throwing a kick that misses. Barrett lands a big counter right and Wilnis runs into the ropes. Wilnis rips a right leg kick that misses. Then he follows up with a kick that lands. Wilnis lands a right hand and swarms on Barrett. Barrett escapes the flurry but Wilnis lands two more left hands that cause him to fall to the enter of the canvas. After 8 counts, he gets back to his fee. Wilis stalks him, looking for the killshot but Barrett lands a body shot for his troubles. Barrett lands two knees to the body body but Wilnis backs him into the corner. Barett deftly circles out as the round ends. 10-9 Wilnis.

Round 3

Wilnis is on the defensive as Barrett decides to take the initiative in this round. He land s a nice counter upper cut. As Wilnis comes forward, Barrett lands a nice leg kick that drops Barrett. Barrett lands a jumping overhand right and follows up with a one-two combo. Wilnis comes back with a nice jab, slowing Barrett down. Barrett lands two knees in the clinch and follows with a left hook. A straight to the body and Wilnis finally begins pressing forward. He throws a right hook which Barrett ducks as the round ends.10-9 Barrett (29-28 Wilnis).

Glory Lightweight Title Fight: Davit Kiria vs. Robin van Roosmalen

Round 1

Kiria begins the bout with a soft jab but Van Roosmalen isn't playing around and he immediately responds with a combination. Kiria blocks the punches but Van Roosmalen throws a hard leg kick that lands. Kiria closes the distance and lands a body kick of his own. Another right body kick lands for Kiria followed by a left body kick. Van Roosmalen finally blocks the next kick, getting the message. Kiria goes upstairs next, then goes back to the leg. Van Roosmalen throws a powerful uppercut that Kiria barely avoids. Van Roosmalen finishes the round with a quick combo that lands. Kiria 10-9.

Round 2

Kiria kicks to the head but it's blocked. Van Roosmalen sneaks a right hand through the defense of Kiria. He then throws a left body kick that lands. A right hand to the body followed by a kick to the leg hurts Kiria. He counters with a close-quarters uppercut. Van Roosmalen tries for a big knee but slips to the canvas. Van Roosmalen connectss with a left hook and Kiria decides to press forward with knees. Van Roosmalen lands a powerful upper cut that gets the crowd going for a second but Kiria isn't fazed. An overhand right followed by a right kick lands for Van Roosmalen. He lands a nice right as the round ends. 10-9 Van Roosmalen.

Van Roosmalen did just enough to edge Kiria.
Van Roosmalen throws a right-right-kick combo that lands. He pushes Kiria into the ropes and lands a knee followed by a right hook. Kiria throws a body kick to back him off. Van Roosmalen rips a left hook to the body but Kiria comes over the top with a right hand. Kiria rips a one-two combo that drops Van Roosmalen straight to the mat. He gets back to his feet and Kiria is looking for the kill. He shoves him against the ropes, ripping uppercuts. THey clinch and the ref breaks them up. He throws a big push kick followed by a right hand. Again they are against the ropes and again they clinch. Van Roosmalen counters with a left hook to end the round. 10-8 Kiria.

Round 4

Van Roosmalen throws a body kick Kitria against the ropes. Kiria lands a combination that is partially blocked. Van Roosmalen backs him against the ropes and lands one of his own. Kiria's jab is momentarily keeping Van Roosmalen away. He powers out of the corner with a left hook. Van Roosmalen lands two leg kicks. A push kick from Kiria shoves Van Roosmalen against the ropes. He attempts a spinning back kick but falls flat on his face. 10-10.

Round 5

Van Roosmalen is again working the leg kicks. Kiria follows up with an uppercut combination. Van Roosmalen decides to throw a vicious kick combination that hurts Kiria. Kiria's jab lands but Van Roosmalen pushes forward. A kick to Kiria's right leg buckles him and he falls to the mat. Van Roosmalen lands two big body punches followed by a right hook. Kiria comes back at him but Van Roosmalen instead lands a big knee to end the round. 10-9 Van Roosmalen.

Light Heavyweight Contender Tournament Final: Zack Mwekassa vs. Saulo Cavalari

Round 1

Cavalari starts the fight way outside Mwekassa's range, moving right and left. Mwekassa opens up with left hook that is blocked but he threw it with bad intentions. He lands a quick body punch and counters a jab with his own jab that lands. Mwekassa lands another jab but this time Cavalari lands a leg kick on the way in. Mwekassa pushes forward and lands a big right hand that wobbles Cavalari. He presses but Cavalari clinches up. Another big left hand is blocked by Cavalari. He tries to back off Mwekassa with a head kick but it misses. 10-9 Mwekassa.

Round 2

Cavalari dispatched of Mwekassa.
Cavalari is trying to avoid Mwekassa's power but he presses forward with hard jabs and hooks. Cavalari is constantly moving but so far he can't mount too much offense. His hands are high and he eats a body punch as a result. He finally connects over the top with a hook but Mwekassa brushes it off. Cavalari then lands a nice body kick and drops Mwekassa to the mat briefly. He lands a stiff right just as the bell sounds. 10-9 Cavalari.



Round 3

Mwekassa is loading up for a big punch but Cavalari throws a huge right head kick that knocks Mwekassa out. The bout ends at :20 of the third round.
