Davit Kiria vs. Sittichai
Sitsongpeenong starts off by pawing with push kicks and the jab
from his southpaw stance. Kiria ducks under and swings with a
murderous right cross but be misses. They trade leg kicks in the
center of the ring, both landing some vicious attacks. The Thai
fighter whacks his Georgian foe with a hard shin to the ribs. They
start to heat up, trading punches and kicks. Sitsongpeenong lands a
knee and than a nice left cross to the head. Kiria comes in hard
with a low kick but he eats another knee. Very good action with a
minute left. A block/sweep deposits Kiria onto the seat of his
trunks. They resume and trade wild blows, but the Thai’s strikes
are crisper. 10-9 Sitsongpeenong.
Sitsongpeenong comes out hard with a series of kicks to the legs
and body but Kiria retaliates with a right hand through the guard.
The punch rocks Sitsongpeenong, who backs into the ropes. Kiria is
all over him, but the Thai recovers quickly. Kiria lands a straight
left but Sitsongpeenong fires back with a low kick/knee to the
body. Sitsongpeenong lands another knee but has to take a left hook
on the jaw. Sitsongpeenong crushes his foe with a left round kick
directly on the thigh. Huge knee and push kick from Sitsongpeenong
and when Kiria comes back at him, a monstrous straight left,
followed by a crushing knee to the gut. Kiria crumbles in a heap
onto his gloves and knees and he’s in terrible shape, gasping for
air. He can’t even move from where he collapse and is eventually

Josh Jauncey vs. Crice
Djime is the first to strike after some posturing but his body kick
is blocked. Jauncey comes back with an outside low kick. He nails
him with another and the power of the kick takes him off his feet.
Jauncey crushes his foe with a right cross to the body once they
resume and then pops him with a jab and low kick. Djime goes to the
body with a left kick but he eats a left hook for his effort.
Beautiful left hook to the body followed by a right outside low
kick to the thigh. Djime is hurt by the combo and then has to fend
off a three-punch combo to the head. Djime lands a nice right hand
to the head late and then a left hook to the liver. Djime lands a
knee to the stomach but it’s not enough to steal the action-packed
round. 10-9 Jauncey.
Jauncey starts off with a sizzling left low kick to the thigh.
Djime comes back with a right to the head and left hook to the body
but they are blocked. Jauncey is moving well as he kills his foe’s
legs repeatedly. Djime takes the low kicks well and continues to
move forward. Push kick by the Canadian keeps Djime away and then
just misses a kick to the head. Jauncey is now pressing the issue,
stalking Djime down. Two more nasty leg kicks to Djime’s left thigh
echo through the arena with 40 seconds left. Djime is able to land
a short left hook on the inside, but Jauncey answers with a more
powerful left hook of his own. The punch rattles the Frenchman, but
he’s clear-headed enough to make it to the bell. 10-9 Jauncey.
Djime fires a thudding left kick to the stomach just as the round
starts. Jauncey comes forward, in terminator mode. Low kick by the
Canuck, who immediately follows it up with a left hook to the head
and low kick. They trade hard blows in the center of the ring, but
Djime is felled by a vicious low kick to the legs. Jauncey turns
away and then floors the Frenchman with a side kick to the chest.
Djime is in bad shape and quickly is knocked down from a knee to
the body. He’s up and hobbling around from the murderous leg kicks
from Jauncey. Djime is on his wheels, trying to survive. Another
kick to the body takes Djime off his feet and he is being counted
out by referee John Axewood. The fight should be over due to
Glory’s two-knockdown-in-one-round rule. Right at the end of his
count, the bell rings and the fight is over.

Brooks comes out with a series of pitter-patter jabs and punches to
the face but nothing comes from it. Brooks starts to throw harder
shots now and digs a low kick. Mwekassa comes back hard with a
right cross but it misses. Right to the body, left hook to the head
from Mwekassa is clean and it stings the American. Big left hook at
the midway point forces Brooks to stumble back and into the ropes.
Referee Stefano Valenti rules him down and gives him an
eight-count. Once the fight resumes, Brooks looks tentative.
Mwekassa rolls over and unloads a hellacious left hook that floors
Brooks flat onto his back. Brooks is out cold and Valenti
immediately waives it off. Sensational knockout for the Congo

Sittichai Sitsongpeenong vs. Josh Jauncey
Jauncey lands a nice low kick but Sitsongpeenong counters with a
hard shin to the ribs. Jauncey delivers a right hand down the
middle and it’s clean, but Sitsongpeenong takes it well.
Sitsongpeenong goes high with two left kicks and then lands a right
hand to the head, but Jauncey takes it well. Jauncey stumbles back
after absorbing a nice push kick to the chest. The Thai lands a
left hook to the body and then a series of round kicks. Halfway
through the round, Jauncey is cut around his right eye.
Sitsongpeenong continues to slam his kicks all over the Canadian’s
legs. With 33 seconds left, referee John Axewood calls time to have
Jauncey’s cut examined. The cut doesn’t appear to be too bad and
he’s allowed to have it filled with Vaseline. The fight resumes and
Sitsongpeenong goes right after that eye with a left high kick but
it’s blocked. Good round but Sitsongpeenong clearly won it. 10-9
They trade leg kicks to start the frame. Jauncey is moving around a
little more this time around and is darting in and out. Jauncey
cracks him with a sneaky overhand right but Sitsongpeenong takes
it. They trade some serious leather a minute in and then
Sitsongpeenong lands another nasty left kick to the body. Jauncey
is aggressive, still, but many of his shots are blocked.
Sitsongpeenong delivers a knee to the body during a brief clinch.
Sitsongpeenong continues to kill his foe’s legs and body with
brutal left kicks. Jauncey is hanging tough and returning the fire
but Sitsongpeenong is more active and his shots are more impactful.
They both trade leather at the beginning of the stanza. Jauncey is
desperate now as he’s clearly down two rounds to none.
Sitsongpeenong continues to attack his foe’s body and legs with
kicks. Straight left hand by Sitsongpeenong lands well, but Jauncey
takes it. They clinch and maul midway through, trying to lands some
vicious knees. Jauncey crashes a stinging inside low kick with a
minute left. Right jab/left knee to the body from
Sitsongpeenong.Jauncey is able to land a left/right to the face but
it has no effect on Sitsongpeenong. The Thai fighter again plows
his shin deep into Jauncey’s ribs just before the bell. 10-9

Rico Verhoeven vs. Benny
Verhoeven starts with a left low kick. They trade hooks upstairs
but nothing lands cleanly. Adegbuyi is able to pop the champ with a
short left hook but Verhoeven walks through it. Nice stiff jab from
Adegbuyi snaps Verhoeven’s head back. Adegbuyi returns to the jab
again and again and then follows it up with a hard right hand.
Verhoeven digs a kick to the body but has to eat a right cross for
his efforts. Adegbuyi again snaps the champ’s head back with the
jab. Again. Adegbuyi throws a three-punch combo with 45 seconds
left. Adegbuyi attacks the body with a left kick and then follows
it up with another jab. Verhoeven uses the push kick twice before
the round ends. Very good round for the challenger. 10-9
They trade jabs before Verhoeven attacks the leg with low kicks.
Adegbuyi returns to the jab before absorbing more low kicks.
Verhoeven lands a crisp left hook/jab combo before going to the
midsection with a kick. Verhoeven attacks both legs with kicks at
the midway point. Adegbuyi eats a left hand and then is pushed back
with a heel to his gut. Verhoeven knows his challenger isn’t fond
of the inside leg kick, so he keeps chipping away with it. Left
hook to the head by the champ and then a push kick to the stomach.
At the bell, Adegbuyi looks a little winded from the leg and body
attack from the Dutchman. 10-9 Verhoeven.
Push kick, left low kick from the champ as soon as the round
starts. Adegbuyi presses his foe into the corner but he can’t land
anything worthwhile until he is blasted by another leg kick.
Adegbuyi has his left hook blocked but Verhoeven is all over his
legs with a cornucopia of kicks. Right uppercut, right cross, right
low kick combo by the champ, who is in total control at the midway
point. Triple jab/low kick from the champ. He follows that up with
a double jab/right low kick. Adegbuyi is wearing out and starting
to wobble from the abuse. Verhoeven jabs to the body twice. Again.
Adegbuyi is gasping for air and very slow with 10 seconds left.
Verhoeven digs another shin to the gut but misses a massive
straight right at the bell. 10-9 Verhoeven.
Adegbuyi comes out with the jab but he has to take a few low kicks
in the meantime. Verhoeven continues to kick to the body and legs
as Adegbuyi backs away. Finally, Adegbuyi is able to dish out a
nice right hand over the top, his best punch since early in the
second. Very hard right low kick by the champ after he takes on
forces the challenger to stumble. Adegbuyi is game, trying to fight
back but he’s having a hard time getting the proper leverage due to
his rubbery legs. Awesome combo of kicks and punches with 40
seconds left from the champ. Adegbuyi backs into a corner, gassed
out, allowing the Duthcman to pound away at the legs and body with
sinister kicks. The bell sounds and the Romanian limps back to his
corner. 10-9 Verhoeven.
Vehoeven land a left high kick to the head, but it’s mostly blocked
just a few ticks into the stanza. Adegbuyi is way behind on the
cards most likely and he is pretty desperate early on. Verhoeven
continues to slam his shins into the challenger’s legs and body.
They clinch and Vehoeven slams two knees into the thighs, but
Adegbuyi is complainging that it was in the groin. The ref tells
him it was clean and forces him to continue. Verhoeven is all over
him with a flurry to the body and legs. Very hard right cross/right
uppercut by the champ in a corner with 50 seconds left. Verhoeven
just misses a wild head kick that could’ve ended the fight.
Verhoeven crushes his foe with a right low kick, a push kick to the
cheek and then a right cross to the jaw. They don’t hurt Adegbuyi
but he can barely stand up at the bell thanks to the crippling
assault from the champ. 10-9 Verhoeven (49-46 Verhoeven).
