Bellator 135 takes place on March 27 at the Winstar World Casino and Resort in Thackerville, Okla., and is headlined by a bantamweight title bout between Joe Warren and Marcos Galvao. In addition, former 135-pound king Eduardo Dantas squares off with Mike Richman in the co-main event.

Davis, who went 3-2 during a brief stint in the WEC, has won six of his last eight bouts -- including his first two Bellator appearances. In his most recent outing, Davis outpointed Zeilton Rodrigues at Bellator 124.

A veteran of multiple promotions, including Dream, K-1, Zst and Titan FC, Tokoro has compiled a 32-27-2 mark since turning pro in 2000. The 37-year-old last fought on July 13, when he suffered a first-round TKO defeat to Victor Henry at Grandslam MMA 1 “Way of the Cage.” Eighteen of his 32 career triumphs have come via submission.
