LFA 15 Weigh-in Results: Richard Odoms, Jared Vanderaa on Point
Legacy Fighting Alliance will crown a new heavyweight champion on Friday as Richard Odoms is set to take on Jared Vanderaa for the vacant title. The two will headline Legacy Fighting AllianceLFA 15, which takes place at FireLake Arena in Shawnee, Oklahoma, and at Thursday’s weigh-ins, everything went off without a hitch.
Vanderaa has won all five of his pro bout via stoppage and is expected to be a force at heavyweight in the years to come. The Team Quest fighter stepped the scale at came in at 262.2 pounds. Odoms, conversely, has triple the amount of pro experience and has been nearly as hot inside the cage. He’s coming off a violent second-round knockout of William Hoffman at LFA 6 and is looking to stop the upstart’s momentum. Odoms weighed in at 263.4 pounds.
LFA 15 will be televised live on AXS TV beginning at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT.
