Legacy FC 62 Weigh-in Results: Rafael Lovato Jr., Cortez Coleman on Weight

Legacy Fighting Championship will invade Shawnee, Okla., on Friday night as the long-standing promotion will take over the Firelake Arena for Legacy FC 62. Headlining the event will be the promotion’s middleweight championship between titlist Rafael Lovato Jr. and Cortez Coleman and at Thursday’s weigh-ins, both combatants came in on weight.

Coleman was the first of the two to challenge the scale and “The Crazy Cowboy” weighed in exactly on the money. Coleman officially checked in at the middleweight limit of 185 pounds. Lovato Jr., meanwhile, was a bit lighter than the challenger but he still looked as fierce as ever. The jiu-jitsu wizard came in at 183.8 pounds, setting the stage for what should be a solid main event.

Legacy FC 62 will be televised live on AXS TV. The main card action will live beginning at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT.
