The newly-announced UFC Fight Night 112 card has added another bout to its lineup, as Ilir Latifi will lock horns with Antonio Rogerio Nogueira on June 25.
Promotion officials confirmed the light heavyweight pairing on Thursday. UFC Fight Night 112 takes place at Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City and features a featherweight clash between B.J. Penn and Dennis Siver. A headliner for the Fox Sports 1 televised card has not been revealed.
Latifi saw a three-fight winning streak come to an end in his most recent outing, when he suffered a second-round knockout loss to Ryan Bader at UFC Fight Night 93. The 33-year-old Swede is 5-3 during his promotional tenure and 12-5 as a professional overall.
Nogueira, meanwhile, has lost three of his last four in the Octagon, including a third-round TKO loss to Bader in his most recent appearance at UFC Fight Night 100. Prior to that defeat, “Minotouro” stopped Patrick Cummins in the opening stanza at UFC 198 in May.
