Prior to that, “Shogun” had posted successive triumphs over Gian Villante, Corey Anderson and Antonio Rogerio Nogueira. The former UFC light heavyweight champ is 9-9 during his promotional tenure and 25-11 as a pro.
After beginning his Octagon career with two straight wins, Pedro has dropped two of his last three. The 27-year-old Sydney native last appeared at UFC Fight Night 132, where he was submitted in the opening stanza by Ovince St. Preux.
