Sherdog.com confirmed the pairing, as well as a women’s featherweight tilt between Janay Harding and Amber Leibrock, with a promotion official following an initial report from MMAFighting.com. Bellator 199 takes place at the SAP Center in San Jose, Calif., and is headlined by a heavyweight grand prix bout pitting Ryan Bader against Muhammed Lawal. The main card will be televised on the Paramount Network.

Banks owns a 7-0 career record that includes a trio of triumphs under the Bellator banner. Most recently, the 28-year-old outpointed Steve Kozola at Bellator 184 on Oct. 6. Banks’ last five victories have all come via decision.

Piccolotti, meanwhile, began his professional tenure with nine straight triumphs, including a decision triumph over Brandon Girtz in his third Bellator appearance. Last year, however, the 29-year-old Californian went 0-2, falling to Goiti Yamauchi via submission and David Rickels via decision.
