Francisco Trinaldo will lock horns with Kevin Lee in a lightweight bout at UFC Fight Night 106.
Brazilian outlet Combate first reported the booking. UFC Fight Night 106 takes place on March 11 in Fortaleza, Brazil, and is headlined by a middleweight duel between Vitor Belfort and Kelvin Gastelum.
Trinaldo has won seven straight fights in the Octagon, besting the likes of Paul Felder, Yancy Medeiros, Ross Pearson and Norman Parke during his current tear. The 38-year-old is 11-3 during his promotional tenure and 21-4 as a professional overall.
After losing his debut, Lee has been victorious in seven of his last eight promotional appearances. Most recently, “The Motown Phenom” submitted Magomed Mustafaev with a second-round rear-naked choke at UFC Fight Night 99.
